When simply walking down the dock next to Feisty you can't help to notice the rugged look of this custom fiberglass trawler.
Aft deck swim step:
Boarding
the Feisty can be easily done to either side of the vessel from the
swim step. All the decks are covered with a product called Lon deck it's a
durable low maintenance nonskid material. There are 3 stainless steel
staple rails across the back for safety. There is a large watertight
door on the centerline to access the engine room, above thru doorway is a
large stainless-steel bit for towing your tender. A folding stairwell
to the port that leads up to the aft deck and can be closed off for
additional safety when underway. The covered aftdeck has a settee along
the stern, a stairwell to the port will lead you up to the boat deck,
there is a covered walk around deck to the starboard for ease of line
handling. all decks are nonskid covered for safety and low maintenance.
On the centerline is the watertight dutch door leading into the main
Salon.
Main Deck / Foredeck:
The side decks
are split, to the Starboard fwd is the stairwell that leads to the
Portuguese deck and to the port there is a stairwell that leads to the
boat deck just aft of the pilothouse door. Just forward of the
pilothouse on the Portuguese deck is a great settee perfect for viewing
the scenery underway. to both port and starboard on the Portuguese deck
there are large storage lockers for lines and fenders. On the
centerline is an opening lead to the foredeck, there you will find a
dual windlass with deck mounted foot switches, a freeman watertight deck
hatch that provides an emergency escape from the forward stateroom and
lower accommodations. To the port and starboard there are two stainless
steel cleats with Caprial mounted fairleads.
Boat Deck / Flybridge:
Making
your way up the stairs on the port side of the Portuguese deck gives
you access to the boat deck and Flybridge. the tender is mounted on the
centerline and can be mounted on a movable Chaulk or on fixed mounts.
the davit crane is on the Starboard side along with a large poly deck
storage box. to the port is the stairwell down to the aft deck. Along
the forward end to the port is a hinged lid cabinet with a sink and
location for a drink fridge. to the starboard is a similar cabinet that
has a location for a BBQ and propane storage. To the starboard side of
the mast and up a step is access to the flybridge. Along the aft there
are two L shaped settees perfect for dining and relaxing at anchor or
underway. There is a single centerline helm chair with a stainless-steel
destroyer style wheel. At the helm is a Furuno multi-function plotter,
bow and stern thruster control, engine gauges with start and stops,
remote autopilot, search light control.
Main Salon:
The
roomy main Salon is finished in a beautiful semi gloss cherry wood, the
deck is covered in carpeting and the overhead is all done in removable
leather like panels. To the port aft is the rescessed TV and forward of
that is a built in settee with a beautiful oval shaped cherry table. To
the Starboard there are two Stressless recliners and behind that is a
beautiful storage cabinet that is designed to be removable in the event
the owner wants to build in an additional settee. Along the forward end
there is a bar into the galley with two bar stools perfect for
interacting with the chef, dining or placing dishes ready to be served.
Galley:
Along
the port side of the galley is the full-size French door refrigerator
with a freezer drawer below, from centerline to port is a generous
sized U-shaped Galley with loads of storage space. The Galley has
features like Microwave convection oven, 4 burner propane cooktops,
double stainless-steel sink and a Miele dishwasher a large window to
Starboard brings in loads of natural light and the floor is covered in a
commercial vinyl for easy cleaning. Making your way forward in the access
to the lower accommodations forward of the fridge and up two steps is
the Pilothouse.
Pilothouse:
The pilothouse
has great visibility out the large windows and easy access to the deck
through the two side doors. The floor is covered in a beautiful custom
cherry and maple decking. Along the aft portside is a very nice raised L
shaped settee with an expandable table perfect for breakfast or for
your guests to look out while underway. there are two very comfortable
black leather helm chairs which you will appreciate on those long-distance trips you will be doing. There are loads of storage in the
pilothouse for all your nave tools books and charts. At the helm the
electronics are as follows. Large monitor fed by vessels computer with
noble tec, standalone Furuno nav-net, Com-nav autopilot, Icom VHF, Tank
tender, flo-scan, Xantrex inverter panel, Jabsco search light control,
stabilizer control panel, Exalt windshield wiper control, holding tank
monitor, weather station, switches for all bilge pumps and lighting,
Main engine gauge panel, Generator gauge panel, Bow and stern thruster
control, and a beautiful custom cherry and maple ships wheel.
Lower accommodations:
Coming
down to the lower accommodations to the starboard is the guest /
day head with a jetted tub / shower and opening port light. Making your
way forward along the port is access to the washer/dryer, 7 cubic ft.
freezer and further forward is a wonderful office space with loads of
storage, all the way forward is the bunk room finished in beautiful
cherry wood with loads of storage, removable leather like overhead
panels, two twin bunks two opening port lights, diesel furnace control
and a TV. moving forward and to the Starboard is the VIP stateroom again
with beautiful cherry joinery work loads of storage double bed opening
port light. diesel furnace control and TV. All the way aft is the full
beam master stateroom, tons of storage and hanging lockers, queen sized
bed with nightstands, to the port is the very generous head with a
large shower stall, pueter sink, tecta head, and opening port light. All
the way aft is access to the engine room thru a watertight door.
Engine room:
The
engine room is accessed from the aftdeck or thru the master stateroom
when sea conditions are less desirable. The very reliable and efficient
single john deere will take you and your family anywhere you want to go.
in the unlikely event of an engine failure the vessel is equipped with a
hydraulic get home system. the engine has under water exhaust with a
gas bypass for quiet operation. The vessel is equipped with a large
inverter system allowing you to shut down at night time but when you
need power that is provided by the northern light Diesel generator
equipped with a gen/sep exhaust for quiet operation. Aft of the main
engine is a large craftsman tool box, to the starboard is the vessels
large hydraulic reservoir with manual valving for emergency use. Along
the aft is the house battery bank and up against the transom is loads of
shelving for spare parts, oil, coolant rags etc.
