How do I maintain and store the board?

Never leave your SiFly eFoil, the remote control, the SiFly PowerCell LR battery pack, or the charger in direct sunlight or in a hot area for extended periods. The composite parts, battery cells, and electronics can be severely damaged. If you store your SiFly assembled for a longer time, disassemble it every 3–4 weeks and apply TefGel to screws and inserts to prevent oxidation. Occasionally apply dielectric grease to the communication and power connectors to prevent electrolysis. Use the same grease to lubricate the O-ring on top of the mast plate for proper sealing.

Store the SiFly PowerCell LR in a cool, dry, well-ventilated, and frost-free place. Make sure the battery cells are protected from irreparable deep discharge.

What is the top speed of a SiFly board?

The top speed a SiFly board can reach is 40 km/h (25 mph).

How long does the battery last during a single ride?

It takes up to 3 hours to fully charge the battery from 0 to 100%.

How should I care for the board after getting out of the water?

After each session, thoroughly rinse the board and the foil with fresh water. Always check the motor and seals as well—crystallized salt can damage both.

Can I take my SiFly board with battery on an airplane?

Electric vehicle batteries are not allowed on passenger flights. However, it may be possible to ship the SiFly board via special cargo flights.
