Founded in 2021, Marcus Yachting is a founder-led, independent yacht advisory and brokerage headquartered in Dubai. We connect buyers, owners and charter clients across the Gulf, Monaco and the Western Mediterranean, providing discreet guidance for yacht acquisitions, sales, charters and selected new-build opportunities.
Led by Marcus Giltay, who has worked in the yachting industry since 2009, our approach combines personal representation, transparent market advice and access to an established international network.

Marcus Giltay
Marcus Giltay, CEO and Founder of MarcusYachting.com, is a visionary entrepreneur with a lifelong connection to the sea.
His love for sailing began even before birth — as his mother sailed Holland’s lakes while pregnant with him. Raised on the water, Marcus started in small boats, competed in regattas across Europe, and quickly developed a deep passion for the sport and lifestyle of yachting.
That same drive and competitive spirit shaped his journey into brokerage. He launched Swan Yacht Charters in 2009, followed by Ibiamare and RegattaCharters.Pro in 2014. In 2021, during the pandemic, he founded Marcus Yachting, relocating its headquarters from Ibiza to Dubai and expanding its global reach.
Today, Marcus blends deep industry expertise with a modern, AI-powered approach to yacht sales and marketing — creating systems that generate highly qualified leads and deliver exceptional transparency and value to clients.
He is especially known for curating bespoke yacht portfolios for UHNW individuals, advising on superyachts, explorer yachts, and top-quality sailing yachts, as well as innovative hybrid propulsion projects.
A passionate advocate for sustainability and design excellence, Marcus works closely with forward-thinking shipyards to shape the future of eco-conscious luxury yachting.

Once a suitable yacht is identified, we handle price analysis, offer strategy, and negotiations based on real market data. We coordinate surveys, sea trials, and technical inspections, working with trusted professionals to protect your investment and manage risk.
Closing & Delivery
We oversee the entire closing process, including contracts, escrow, registration, VAT guidance, and delivery logistics. Whether the yacht is handed over in Dubai, the South of France, Italy, or elsewhere in the Med, we ensure a smooth and controlled transaction from agreement to keys-in-hand.
