Established in 1825 by the visionary Giovanni Battista Codecasa, Codecasa Shipyards has remained a family-owned endeavor for an impressive 175 years. The yard's specialty lies in crafting yachts from aluminium alloy or steel and aluminium alloy, with a remarkable size range of up to 70 meters. Codecasa is renowned worldwide for its luxury motor yachts, and its legacy is steeped in Italian craftsmanship and innovation.

The Codecasa team boasts an in-house design team, creating tailor-made yachts with unique external and internal lines. This commitment to uniqueness has positioned Codecasa prominently in the competitive sales and charter market. Drawing on its vast experience, dedicated management, and highly skilled personnel, Codecasa strives to make each yacht a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Notable Deliveries and Models:

Codecasa's reputation extends to a diverse range of models. From the introduction of the all-aluminum fast open yacht models 41S and 45S to the semi-custom Vintage Series, Codecasa has showcased its commitment to innovation and variety. The Vintage Series, in particular, is a standout, with its retro exterior design and steel-hulled displacement yachts.Codecasa has also ventured into speculative yacht construction, with recent projects exceeding 50 meters. Notable deliveries include the majestic 65m Main, the black-painted masterpiece delivered to an Italian fashion designer, as well as the 65m Double Down, 65m Apogee, 65m Eternity, 61m Esmeralda, and 42m Aldebaran Primo.

Codecasa is a pioneer in designing and constructing high-quality motor yachts, ranging from 30 to 70 meters. The yard's specialization in steel and aluminium craftsmanship has been evident since 1973, with a focus on custom and semi-custom projects. Operating from three building sites in Viareggio and Pisa, Codecasa is renowned for its fast open yachts and full-displacement tri-deck superyachts, each tailored to the individual needs of its customers. These works of art, with meticulously crafted details and modern yacht interiors, hold a respected place in the brokerage market.

Design Collaborations:

Codecasa's design prowess is further enhanced by collaborations with renowned naval designers. Andrea Bacigalupo and Della Role Design have left their indelible marks on Codecasa yachts. This collaboration allows Codecasa to offer full custom projects that meet the unique requirements of their clients.Currently, Codecasa is actively engaged in the construction of three new hulls, including the 57m Codecasa C.127 (2023), 43m Codecasa Vintage C.124 (2024), and the 24m Gentleman’s Yacht designed by Luca Dini (2023). These projects are a testament to Codecasa's ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in yacht building.
