Founding Vision

- In 2010, a trio of seasoned yacht entrepreneurs - Ennio Cecchini, the Virgili family, and Vasco Buonpensiere - embarked on an ambitious venture and established Cantiere delle Marche (CdM).
- Nestled in Ancona, their expansive 16,000 square meter facility provided the ideal platform to craft up to six explorer yachts simultaneously. Their maiden creation, the 26-meter Darwin 86 named Vitadimare 3, was delivered in 2011, featuring a pioneering hybrid propulsion system.

Exploring New Horizons
- Cantiere delle Marche specializes in crafting mid-sized explorer yachts, ranging from 25 to 49 meters in length and boasting up to 500 gross tonnage.
- These exceptional vessels are constructed with steel and feature a full-displacement hull configuration, ensuring remarkable cruising range for intrepid exploration of the seas.
- CdM's hallmark lies in offering semi-custom and full-custom builds enriched with cutting-edge technology, meticulous craftsmanship, and the ability to tailor projects to individual clients' desires.

Design Collaborations

- Collaborations with renowned Italian designers have enriched CdM's superyachts. Sergio Cutolo of Hydro Tec played a pivotal role in creating the Darwin Class and Flexplorer ranges, while other luminaries like Francesco Paszkowski, Horacio Bozzo, and Tommaso Spadolini have contributed to their exterior designs.
- Nauta Yachts left their mark on the Nauta Air explorer range, exemplified by CdM yachts Hyhma and Narvalo.

IYC Exclusive Partnership

- Since March 2023, International Yacht Corporation (IYC) has served as the exclusive sales dealer for the U.S. market, further solidifying CdM's presence on the global stage.

A Decade of Achievement

- By 2015, Cantiere delle Marche had solidified its position as a leading producer of explorer yachts, with a remarkable 22 vessels successfully delivered by their 10th anniversary in 2020.
- Over the years, they consistently expanded their production capacity and diversified their model range. Their dedication to impeccable craftsmanship and distinctive designs earned them acclaim in the superyacht industry, sustaining high demand for their luxury yacht creations.

Notable Deliveries and Models

- Since its inception, Cantiere delle Marche has steadily expanded its range of semi-custom model sizes.
- Their remarkable portfolio includes the Darwin Class of explorer models, Nauta Air 90 in aluminum, Acciaio 123 Astrum with the Flexplorer and RJ Class, and the current offerings of Darwin, Nauta Air, Acciaio, and Flexplorer/RJ range.
- CdM's prowess extends to full-custom explorer projects, exemplified by the 47m Audace, 43m Acala, and 42m Crowbridge.

Ongoing Projects

- CdM boasts multiple ongoing projects with delivery schedules extending up to 2024. These include RJ 115, Flexplorer yachts, and Project Maverick.
- Notably, CdM's Ancona facility is in full production mode for full custom explorer yachts designed by Giorgio Cassetta and Francesco Paszkowski, namely, 46m Project T and EXP43.
